Tapan sahab,

Thank you very much for your comments.

All the songs I played on SUZUKI chromatic in keys of F,G & A.Since this was my first recording I dint know the recording in stages. I mean re recording for the portion having deffect. In fact all the songs were recorded in one take. You will observe there are minor mistakes at some places.

I know SCT 128. Its chromatic tremolo, where you get a tremolo along with half notes .You loose here the solidness of a note due to the tremolo effect. its the best for playing interludes.
128 means 2 X 64. That means each blow or draw brings out a note plus quarter lift of that note simultaneously & with this we get the tremolo.

I have just shared my observation and its not my intention to teach you about scales & effects. Please dont misunderstand me sir. I always enjoy sharing my views with my friends. You & Nachiketa sahab are my new friends. HAPPY FRIENDSHIP DAY.

Dear sabnavees sir,
suzuki instruments really sounds great but the cost is very high compared to hohner. Last dec i happened to visit Abe Thomas in bangalore where i played sct128. what an instrument it is . just superb. I played all the chromatic series chromatix and there is one more delux series. where did you get your instruments ? Abe Thomas is a distributor of suzuki for asian countries. and he was saying that Tapan due to cost i have not sold much pcs in India.
suzuki sounds really very good.
regards.

Tapan sahab,

I got these instruments from suzuki company direct by courier. They sent me by DHL. Each harmonica costed me Rs5000 in 2004.
As you rightly siad suzuki sounds great as compared to its german counterpart. A hohner player if plays suzuki then the reeds will be torn off as suzuki requires a very minute wind pressure.
